In this pivotal role, you will design, implement, and oversee our data protection strategies, ensuring that our company adheres to the latest privacy laws and best practices.

As a DPO at PT Digital Trust Indonesia, you will work closely with our team to develop and maintain robust data privacy policies, conduct regular audits, and provide training to employees on data protection best practices. You will also collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to ensure that data privacy is integrated into all business processes.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement data privacy policies and procedures in compliance with GDPR, PDP, and other relevant regulations.
• Conduct regular data privacy audits and assessments to identify and mitigate risks.
• Monitor and report on data breaches and incidents, ensuring timely and appropriate responses.
• Provide training and awareness programs to employees on data privacy best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to integrate data privacy into all business processes.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in data privacy laws and regulations.
• Ensure that all data processing activities comply with applicable privacy laws and regulations.
• Advise management on data privacy issues and provide recommendations for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Certification in Data Protection (e.g., CIPP/E, CIPP/A, CIPP/G, CIPP/US, or equivalent).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in data privacy, compliance, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of GDPR, PDP, and other relevant privacy laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
