📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the head waitress in managing the restaurant's daily operations.,Take food and drink orders from customers and deliver them to the kitchen.,Ensure that tables are set and cleared promptly and efficiently.,Maintain a clean and organized dining area.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to the best of your ability.,Assist in training and mentoring new staff members.,Stay updated with the restaurant's menu and special offers.,Work efficiently under pressure and meet service standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience as a waitress or in a similar role is a plus.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Good physical stamina and the ability to stand for long periods.,Familiarity with basic kitchen operations and food preparation.,Fluent in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Ability to work shifts including weekends and holidays.
