📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for our products and services,Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather information and ensure the accuracy of the documentation,Review and edit technical documents to ensure they are clear, concise, and accurate,Develop and maintain style guides and templates for technical documentation,Assist in the creation of user manuals, quick start guides, and other end-user documentation,Participate in training sessions and workshops to improve your technical writing skills,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in technical writing

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, or a related field,1-2 years of experience in technical writing or a related field,Strong writing and communication skills,Familiarity with technical documentation tools and software,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Proficient in English (both written and spoken),Experience with Markdown or other lightweight markup languages is a plus,Knowledge of technical subjects such as networking, software development, or IT services is a plus
