📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.,Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with customers.,Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences.,Manage inventory and ensure optimal stock levels to meet customer demand.,Train and mentor junior sales staff to ensure consistent service quality.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in retail.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with retail software and POS systems is a plus.,Knowledge of Indonesian market and consumer behavior is a plus.,Ability to travel for business purposes as needed.
