📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process, from job advertising to onboarding.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers.
  • Conduct job analyses and design job descriptions to ensure accurate and effective recruitment.
  • Source and screen candidates to identify the most qualified individuals for our roles.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
  • Monitor and evaluate recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English.
