📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Conduct job analyses and create job descriptions to ensure accurate and effective hiring.,Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.,Schedule and conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates to determine their fit for the role.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure the recruitment process aligns with the company's goals.,Maintain a strong understanding of the local job market and industry trends to stay ahead of the competition.,Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including offer negotiations and onboarding.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully recruiting and hiring top talent.,Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and technologies, such as ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.,Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
