Hotel Gita Sate is looking for an Assistant Inventory Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and updating the inventory records, ensuring accurate stock levels, and supporting the inventory manager in various tasks. This is an opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, contributing to the smooth operation of our hotel.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and update inventory records accurately and efficiently.,Ensure accurate stock levels by conducting regular physical inventory counts.,Support the inventory manager in managing inventory processes and procedures.,Assist in the ordering and receiving of inventory items.,Monitor inventory levels and place reorder points as needed.,Assist in the preparation of inventory reports and analyses.,Participate in training and development programs for inventory staff.,Perform other related duties as assigned by the inventory manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in inventory management or a related field.,Familiarity with inventory management software and systems.,Strong organizational and analytical skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with Indonesian language is a plus.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
