📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Supervisor in managing and coordinating daily operations.,Oversee and monitor the work of junior staff to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all activities and transactions.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Conduct regular team meetings to discuss progress, address concerns, and provide feedback.,Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of new staff members.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.,Support the Supervisor in preparing reports and presentations for management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with HR policies and procedures is a plus.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian is required.
