📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes using fresh, high-quality ingredients.,Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene.,Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations.,Create and adapt recipes to meet customer preferences and dietary requirements.,Keep up-to-date with culinary trends and techniques.,Ensure that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards.,Manage inventory and ordering of ingredients.,Train and mentor junior staff members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Chef in a professional kitchen.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian cuisine and cooking techniques.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Proficiency in using kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.,Valid food handler's certificate.,Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field.
