📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee departmental operations and ensure compliance with healthcare standards and regulations.,Manage and mentor a team of healthcare professionals, providing guidance and support.,Develop and implement departmental strategies to improve efficiency and patient outcomes.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless healthcare delivery.,Monitor departmental performance and implement corrective actions as needed.,Ensure all staff are trained and certified in their respective roles.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of departmental activities and patient data.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant healthcare field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the healthcare industry.,Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Fluency in English and Indonesian.,Professional certification in healthcare management is a plus.
