📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote Hokian Elsa Tea products.,Manage and oversee marketing campaigns, including digital and traditional advertising.,Coordinate with sales teams to ensure effective promotion and distribution of products.,Monitor market trends and competition to identify opportunities for growth.,Analyze marketing performance and provide reports to senior management.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure marketing efforts align with business objectives.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.,Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other marketing events to enhance brand visibility.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the FMCG industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and increasing market share.,Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and strategies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with the tea industry and market trends is a plus.
