You will work closely with our project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure that our projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Tanggung Jawab:
Oversee the engineering aspects of our projects, from initial design to final construction.Work closely with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.Prepare and review engineering drawings, specifications, and reports.Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to ensure that work is carried out according to plans and specifications.Manage and mentor junior engineers and staff.Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.Contribute to the development of new engineering solutions and processes.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in the property development or construction industry.Strong knowledge of engineering principles, practices, and standards.Proven track record of successfully managing engineering projects.Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Familiarity with relevant software and tools, such as AutoCAD, Revit, and project management software.Valid driver's license and ability to travel as required.🛠️ Keahlian
