In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the order management and fulfillment processes for Telkomsel’s billing operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that orders are processed accurately and efficiently, and that customers receive their products and services in a timely manner. Using tools like SAP and Oracle, you will analyze data and identify areas for improvement, implementing solutions that enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize order management and fulfillment processes for Telkomsel’s billing operations.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and efficient order processing.
• Analyze data using tools like SAP and Oracle to identify areas for improvement.
• Implement solutions that enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure timely delivery of products and services to customers.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to order management and fulfillment.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for order management and fulfillment systems.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in order management and fulfillment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT order management and fulfillment.
• Strong knowledge of SAP and Oracle systems.
• Certifications in SAP or Oracle are a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with billing and telecommunications operations is a plus.
