📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees, including hardware, software, and network issues,Install, configure, and maintain IT systems and equipment,Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls,Manage and maintain user accounts and access permissions,Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies,Conduct regular maintenance and updates on IT systems,Provide training and support to employees on the use of IT systems and software

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support,Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking,Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems,Experience with network protocols and security,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Excellent communication and problem-solving skills,Proficient in English, both written and spoken
