📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Greeting and assisting patients upon arrival and departure.
  • Taking patient information and directing them to the appropriate treatment area.
  • Providing information about dental services and answering patient inquiries.
  • Assisting dentists and dental hygienists with patient care and treatment procedures.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized waiting area.
  • Ensuring patient confidentiality and privacy.
  • Handling cash transactions and processing insurance claims.
  • Performing basic administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and updating patient records.

    Kualifikasi:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience as a waitress or customer service representative is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Friendly, approachable, and patient demeanor.
  • Basic knowledge of dental terminology and procedures is a plus.
  • Fluency in Indonesian language is required.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations and technologies.
