📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and supervise teller operations to ensure high levels of customer service and compliance with banking regulations.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior tellers to help them develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor and report on teller performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing appropriate training and development programs.
  • Ensure all teller transactions are accurate and comply with banking regulations and internal policies.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring that all equipment and supplies are in good working order.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and share this knowledge with the team.
  • Participate in branch meetings and other team events as required.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Banking, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the banking industry.
  • Strong knowledge of banking regulations, compliance, and internal policies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Previous experience in a supervisory or management role is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
