📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct job analysis to identify recruitment needs,Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels,Screen and evaluate resumes to shortlist candidates,Schedule and conduct interviews to assess candidates,Coordinate with hiring managers to provide feedback on candidates,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires,Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate information,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus
