📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and grow client relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.,Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual targets.,Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends.,Prepare and present sales reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and insights.,Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.,Attend and participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and build relationships.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in a B2B environment.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing client portfolios.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong negotiation and presentation skills.,Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian market and industry trends is a plus.
