Tanggung Jawab:
Support sales managers and team members in achieving sales targets and exceeding customer expectations.Manage sales data and prepare sales reports to track sales performance and identify trends.Provide sales support to hotel properties, including assisting with sales presentations, product knowledge, and sales techniques.Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and plans to drive revenue growth.Coordinate with marketing and other departments to promote sales and special offers.Provide exceptional customer service to sales team members and customers.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales and hospitality.Participate in sales training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or a related field, preferably in the hospitality industry.Strong knowledge of sales techniques, strategies, and processes.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.Ability to work well in a team and independently.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.🛠️ Keahlian
