📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Plan and conduct interactive workshops tailored to the needs of local communities.
• Facilitate discussions and group activities to encourage participation and learning.
• Develop and deliver educational materials and resources to support community development initiatives.
• Collaborate with local community leaders and stakeholders to identify and address community needs.
• Provide ongoing support and mentorship to participants to help them apply new skills and knowledge in their daily lives.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of workshops and provide feedback to improve future initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Community Development, Social Work, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in community development, workshop facilitation, or a similar role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse groups of people.
• Experience in developing and delivering educational materials and resources.
• Familiarity with community engagement strategies and techniques.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English and Indonesian, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
