📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement content strategies for Snap Fitness and the CEO's personal brand
• Create engaging and high-quality content for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure cohesive branding and messaging
• Conduct market research and analyze audience engagement to optimize content performance
• Manage and mentor a team of content creators and editors
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital content creation
• Ensure all content complies with brand guidelines and legal requirements
• Report on content performance and provide recommendations for improvement

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in content production, digital marketing, or a related field
• Proven track record in creating engaging content for social media platforms
• Strong understanding of content marketing strategies and tools like Hootsuite, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling
• Experience with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
