📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and deliver engaging English lesson plans tailored to students' needs and levels.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their learning journey.
• Utilize modern teaching tools and software such as Zoom, Google Classroom, and educational apps to enhance the learning experience.
• Collaborate with fellow tutors and the EFOC Learning Center team to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
• Stay updated with the latest teaching methodologies and educational trends to continuously improve teaching practices.
• Participate in staff meetings and professional development activities to further enhance skills and knowledge.
• Promote a positive and encouraging atmosphere that fosters students' confidence and motivation.
• Ensure all administrative tasks related to student records and attendance are completed accurately and efficiently.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, English, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in teaching English to students of all levels.
• TEFL or TESOL certification, or equivalent teaching qualification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with students and parents.
• Familiarity with various teaching methods and modern educational tools.
• Ability to create and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles.
