📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement comprehensive health, safety, and environmental programs to ensure compliance with national and international standards.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
• Provide training and awareness programs to educate employees on health, safety, and environmental best practices.
• Monitor and report on environmental performance metrics, including waste management, energy efficiency, and emissions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate HSE considerations into all aspects of operations.
• Investigate and document incidents, accidents, and near-misses to prevent future occurrences.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all HSE-related activities and compliance documents.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing or industrial sector.
• Certification as an Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Professional or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of relevant regulations and standards, including ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and national environmental laws.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with employees at all levels.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in using HSE management software, such as SAP or similar systems.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
