📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement data-driven merchandising and buying strategies to drive sales and enhance customer experience.
• Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to inform inventory planning and product selection.
• Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of products.
• Optimize inventory levels to maximize profitability and minimize stockouts or overstock situations.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to merchandising and buying activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, logistics, and e-commerce, to align merchandising efforts with business goals.
• Conduct regular store visits and audits to assess merchandising performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay updated on industry trends, retail technologies, and best practices to continuously enhance merchandising strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in merchandising, buying, or retail management, with a proven track record in a similar role.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively manage supplier relationships.
• Proficiency in retail software, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar inventory management systems.
• Certification in retail merchandising or related fields is a plus.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and retail technologies is highly desirable.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
