In this role, you will work closely with aspiring entrepreneurs, providing hands-on guidance, strategic advice, and mentorship to help them turn their ideas into successful ventures. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing business development strategies to support the growth of our startup community.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Mentor and guide aspiring entrepreneurs through the startup journey, providing strategic advice and hands-on support.
• Develop and implement business development strategies to support the growth of startups and innovative businesses.
• Organize and facilitate workshops, seminars, and networking events to foster collaboration and knowledge sharing among entrepreneurs.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and trends in the local business landscape.
• Collaborate with industry partners, investors, and government agencies to create a supportive ecosystem for startups.
• Provide financial literacy training and resources to help entrepreneurs manage their businesses effectively.
• Track and evaluate the progress of mentored startups, offering feedback and support to ensure their success.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to provide valuable insights to entrepreneurs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in entrepreneurship, business development, or mentorship.
• Proven track record of successfully mentoring and guiding startups to achieve their goals.
• Strong understanding of the local business landscape and ecosystem in Bangka Belitung.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant business tools.
