📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage pharmacy inventory using SAP or similar ERP systems.
- Process and verify patient prescriptions accurately.
- Oversee the daily operations of the pharmacy, including stock control and reordering.
- Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations and standards.
- Train and supervise pharmacy staff.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive reports on pharmacy activities.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure patient care is optimized.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in pharmacy administration.
- Proficient in using SAP or similar ERP systems.
- Knowledge of pharmacy regulations and standards is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Fluency in English is a plus.
- Valid pharmacy license or certification.
