• Manage a portfolio of high-value corporate clients, ensuring their financial needs are met with tailored solutions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
• Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and cross-selling products and services.
• Monitor market trends and industry developments to proactively address client needs and develop strategic partnerships.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Provide exceptional customer service, acting as a trusted advisor to clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement financial solutions that meet client objectives.
• Report on client performance and business development activities to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
• 8-10 years of experience in corporate banking, with a strong focus on relationship management.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth and managing high-value client portfolios.
• Strong understanding of corporate banking products and services, including loans, trade finance, and treasury management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance requirements.
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
