📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and grow the individual financing portfolio in Surabaya, focusing on increasing loan disbursement and recovery rates.
• Conduct market analysis and develop strategies to improve the performance of individual financing products.
• Oversee the implementation of credit policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with sharia and regulatory requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing excellent service and support.
• Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to streamline loan processing and ensure timely disbursement.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to individual financing, providing regular updates to senior management.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge in Islamic banking and individual financing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in individual financing, preferably in an Islamic banking environment.
• Strong knowledge of sharia principles and Islamic banking products.
• Proficient in using financial software and tools such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the banking industry.
