📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Source and screen international candidates for various hospitality and tourism roles.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate needs.
• Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability.
• Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
• Collaborate with the HR team to ensure compliance with local and international labor laws.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with international recruitment agencies and networks.
• Provide regular reports on recruitment activities and candidate progress.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in international recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in international recruitment, preferably in the hospitality and tourism sector.
• Proven track record of successfully recruiting international candidates.
• Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia and other countries.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with recruitment software and tools such as BambooHR, Greenhouse, or Workday.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
