📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of accountants, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Develop and implement cost accounting policies and procedures.
- Analyze financial data to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve operational efficiency.
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in cost accounting.
- Mentor and develop the skills of team members.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi & Syarat:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 8-10 years of experience in cost accounting, with a focus on the hospitality industry.
- Proven experience with SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Certifications in Cost Accounting or Financial Analysis are a plus.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to travel between our locations in Bali.
